WHO IN ALL WORLD'S COUNTRIES THE RUMOURS WENT TO SUPPORT THESE?

Some 3 to 4 years ago, while still deliberating what to do about my job and the 20-20-20-20 issue, I noticed a woman on a street whose "pity" for a young boy hawking things was to ask him to join in passing around info about my movements!! Me a "common criminal" ?? In such a manner, and where people are accorded honor in other countries for the good they do such people are not only enemies and saboteurs of their own peoples and countries but also of humanity.
