Why?

Why is it that so many people seem involved? Why are some being openly and publicly asked to stop begging that they have genuine problems with somebody? And to think of it. If people or governments bankroll and people rally around some on such things that drag on for decades and yet many are quite " unable" to identify (to their funders for instance) whether the person in question is really a friend or an enemy, what then are they talking abou? Where is a world going when so many we quite thought to be such heavy weights play around "seriously" with issues seemingly on the front burner and on such issues?
