CASE LAWS OF CONSERVATION OF ENERGY REPUDIATED?

Below is a near-facsimile copy of a material I laboured about trying to send to reputable journals and International companies in the hope that some may be found interested in the topic so that a way to help the world may be found. In any case the latter may not be so blamed (aterall much of their businesses are outside such realms).Now the intention here is,partially, to make it available for those who may be interested in such fields -in the light of events that is. Yes,it was reported that Dr Izuogu confirmed the workability of such a scheme.I know little about him except that besides being a scholar he is said to be a “born-again” (a Christian term).I therefore expect (Expected?} that he will help keep the records straight. But my experiences with some so-called “born-agains” is to say the least,horrifying. There is this Proffessor and “born-again”,also titled “elder” by one Christian church. I did a research study with his company in which I spent sleeplessness thinking of ways to solve problems in the study.I was able to develop new models to solve a unique problem in the study and even developed computer programs to simplify a data reassortment task one of us was using weeks to do. After the job the man (despite previous “discussions”) to that effect refused to pay me! He paid others large sums (including the one mentioned earlier).Till today he has not paid (about 8 years later) and has not the courage to say what was wrong.I told him I will get my money even if it will take 15 years! AN INTELLECTUAL! A “BORN-AGAIN”! AN ELDER! In any case,if any family,if any tribe,if any village,if any institution,if any town,if any country,if any religion and if any group or organisation at all lift as exalted (whether as title or position of authority or power) let it NEVER be that by a single word or action or set of such thereof (WE KNOW NONE ABOVE MISTAKES, LIMITATIONS TO HUMAN REASONING AND WISDOM NOT WITHSTANDING) one or some check very well and it begins to look like the sense of the ENTIRE humanity is being insulted. Peck-order? Homologous series? In any case,this like the twinned(dated) post may call out for action/thoughts. A MECHANISM TO CONTRADICT ENERGY LAWS?A WAY OUT FOR ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY MACHINES? This may not quite be the case.The real situation may depend on how one looks at it. Permanent magnets may prove an exception to the “rule”,paving the way for environmentally-friendlier engines. Funded and elaborate research may show further possibilities,besides that confirmed by a Nigerian scientist,Ezekiel Izuogu,recently. TEXT The two laws of Thermodynamics can be restated in general energy terms.The first is that no machine can be devised that will work without energy input.The second is that there is no machine can be devised that will work without energy input.The second is that no machine can utilise all its input energy without losses. But the laws,in their former ways of presentation lead to some confusion.Truly,it is known that so-called perpetual-motion machines of the first and second kinds are impossible.But by that we have always accepted a kind of defeat,that you just have to expend energy that are so done at the moment of use.It looks so,for after-all electricity,the flywheel,nuclear and fossil fuels as well as solar energy are often the forms we use.Also,stored energy like batteries get dissipated as they are used and produced. But can permanent magnets offer a way out? The energy (of attraction) of magnets is always there.One mechanism that may work is set of magnets that are arranged on spikes protruding from from the hub of a rotable wheel.The spikes will have two sets of spikes – say one with a magnet and the other having none or both having opposite signs.Each of the set will be magnetically separated from others.Obviously,depending on the lengths of the spikes,the magnetic strength and distances between one spike and the other, in a set, a permanent rotation may be possible.Of course for the mechanism to stop it should be possible to disengage the two spikes in each set at will. Such a mechanism obeys the first law because the energy available is used to get work.The second law is also obeyed because friction will always develop (as well as wear and tear) but better designs will assure better mechanisms. But on looking at it differently,such a machine does disobey the two laws.For you to “extract” energy,it ought not to be there again but,in this case,it remains.Also you end up getting more work from the same undiminished source. A car moves,due to the accelerator which causes fuel to be consumed.A magnet is conceptually similar to a car (when the accelerator pedal is pressed down to just a certain point).The energy output is steady but the car moves.The situation with magnetic mechanisms of the sort mentioned here may be somewhat like the perprtual motion in atoms. Determining the commercial workability of such a mechanism will require elaborate plans and funding especially during the design stage.And if it works well it may yet set to redefine the available energy laws.This may also set the stage for machines that ought to be environmentally friendly.
