Towards Delineation of Frontiers

Mr. Festus Chukwu-Eloka Okonkwo (a Nigerian,by birth) a lecturer (and teacher) in Petroleum Engineering Dept.,Federal University of Tech.,Owerri,Imo State,Nigeria has scored a historical first. He is the first in history to demand a heavy (infact any) sum for G.P.G. (Global Public Good). He asked for $240 TRILLION (later RD- Reduced Down - on the site to $99,999,999,999,999.98).This was posted on the website www.ebid2buy.com on the 26th May 2007,in the category "Everything Else" and under the title "Idea". I do suppose some may be interested because the said sum is for ideas on how to drastically cut down on CO2 levels in the atmosphere. And I suppose the ideas will follow the workings till desired serious levels are attained. Will it not work out in this format? Please note that the amount,in question,is in US dollars.
