A KIND OF FRAUD

People routinely and for years, if serious problems arise, of whatever shade and seriousness and globally and where responsible people concerned- officials of govt., security, businesses, schools, religions etc- are trying to discuss or think about it that  some are who forcefully shift discussions to 1 with info like "he bought or said so or so".  A village  unconnected to the June 12 (1993) fiasco becomes where they are "solving the problem"?
