ANOTHER FOR THE RECORDS

Whereas the real issue is around what we now call "20-20-20" - a practical & not armchair philosophising- some (shadowily) are already stomping around again as if they dislodged 1 (patriotically serving for that matter) from a battle ground- a nation's educational base. This was similar to the late '90s only they were more vague. Where did they come in into the matter? The '90s case still had the issue but complicated by a tough spiritual battle.
