Was it not, partially how they also "roped-in" someone who was not even remotely associated with their June 12 saga? I think I heard them -on radio- tell Abacha that the person in question has all the time in the world to think over and prepare spoken words. That was in defence of accusations of that side not being able to negotiate well.
