Issue has always been confused

They act as go-between but from an " enemy " to an " enemy ". But if they required the truth or if it paid at least one would have asked. That is why they frown, disturb, show their(?) etc etc when the so-called enemy of all(?) is trying to converse normally! Very annoying isn't it?
