Every thing has procedure!

Even corruption. That is why today people seem to be running to a dead end - doesn't make sense! A people that discuss very clearly among themselves so much so that even in unknown lands their unmistakeability sticks out like a sore thumb(?) cannot just come to the 1 they discussed with not and throw out a word or a gesture and expect to make sense. That is why someone will owe you and think of making sense that it is you who is owing him or her or something like that.
