A New Kind of Intellect?

They would not normally be those you would count as intelligent because you would normally, if you knew the truth, ask them "so you were there when it happened and that is what you understand happened?". Yet usually less than ten were "eye-witnesses", the rest "heard" and often largely involve youth (especially univ studs), girls, women and mostly men having connections to some types of the former. Yet they so believe the veracity of their stories that they almost got the world fooled, moreso with pooled resources to bankroll over a decade of bits of information gathering that shames any intellect collcting let alone paying for it past a weak. That makes normally and thoroughly unreliable specie samples making noise about "never going back on their previous secret discussions". Or is it not because it is all bank-rolled? Which power do you use to settle a case none not even eye-witnesses can vouch for? That is why GOD provided the Owerri opportunity. I was wondering what I was really doing there (22years into a call that I have come to understand is not mainly for that route) till something happened. They had such (till today not clearly defined) problem in the millitary era but at $50 pay "they" didn't care? Over 10 years at a pay still below half my pay at call time they came out in protest (also about an undeserved big pay). Initially villagers didn't do as if all was amiss (strike time/ students absence). And trust them to mete out "deserved" instant justice! The noise was so much that months later the 5 or 6 actual eye-witnesses were asked if they knew whether "something happened" because the students stance would only be marginally understood if such an issue was involved and lo and behold not one of them knew! Some are older than others. Is this out of point?
