WHY WE SHOULD EXPECT TO READ FROM THE BOOKS OF THE BIBLE THAT WHO IS NOT GOD IS GOD OR god

The book of Deuteronomy is one of the early books of the bible written when the Israelites were yet in the wilderness, going to Canaan. Deuteronomy 13:1-3 says if there arise a prophet saying that who is not God is God or god, you should not listen because God is "testing you". God is "testing you"means that it is God that will send such prophets. And indeed in many books of the bible there are places where it says that who is not God is God or god and presented in many forms.
It is not there for confusion otherwise the scripture will be broken (or contradictory). The bible says all scripture is written for teaching, reproof and correction so that the person of God will be thoroughly furnished. The people that use the bible should include the fact presented here to work on their doctrines.
Study the bible diligently, honestly and do not be abusive.
An example is that the same Apostle John who wrote that Jesus is God (John 1) also wrote that Jesus is not God (John 20:17). If the situation is not checked in the above light it would appear that the scripture is contradictory or broken.
