When "they" make such arrangements

We talk of political suavity. If, however it is also associated with should-be-unrelated events but which seem in the purview of some ordinary citizens'  and when a classroom teacher, 100's of kilometers away has to be dragged in just because some who shouldn't have passed their exams were wanted not to and some such mundane issues as related here then we begin to degrade the higher values and New Methods observed and words like "purportation" with possible near half-century roots begin to come in to play!!
